Our qualified migration professionals advise you based on current requirements for your specific circumstances. **Scope and fees.** The scope of work and our fee are confirmed in writing before we begin. Payment terms are as stated in your service agreement. **Visa decisions.** Applications are assessed and decided solely by the relevant government authority. We prepare and lodge your application to the highest professional standard, but the outcome of any application rests with that authority. We will advise you honestly on the strength of your case before you proceed. **Accuracy of your information.** You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information to a government authority is a serious offence. We are not liable for outcomes arising from information you have provided that is inaccurate or incomplete. **Changes to requirements.** Visa requirements, fees, and processing times are set by government and subject to change. We verify current requirements for your specific application before lodgement. **Governing law.** These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
