Thailand Visa Services
Every long-stay visa category in Thailand has different requirements, financial thresholds, and renewal processes. Visa Centre covers them all — from the standard retirement visa to the 20-year premium residency programme.
RETIREMENT AND LONG STAY
Non-Immigrant O-A (Retirement Visa): for residents aged 50+. 800,000 THB bank balance, health insurance, annual renewal. The most widely-used long-stay category for retirees.
Thailand Privilege Card: one-time payment for 5–20 years of concierge-managed residency. No bank balance requirement, airport fast-track, no 90-day reporting. Authorised agent service.
LTR Visa (Long-Term Resident): 10-year visa for high earners (USD 80,000+/year), wealthy global citizens (USD 1M assets), skilled professionals (BOI employers), and startup founders. Best long-stay option for those who qualify.
Smart Visa: 4-year visa for BOI-promoted professionals and investors. No work permit required. Quarterly reporting.
WORK AND BUSINESS
Non-Immigrant B + Work Permit: the standard pathway for employed foreign nationals in Thailand. Visa Centre coordinates the full application across two government agencies.
BOI Promotion + Smart Visa: for investors and executives in Thailand's 10 S-curve priority industries. Unlocks 100% foreign ownership, tax holidays, and Smart Visa status.
REMOTE WORK
DTV (Destination Thailand Visa): 5-year multiple-entry, 180 days per entry, for remote workers and freelancers earning income outside Thailand. The legal long-stay option for digital nomads.
FAMILY
Non-Immigrant O (Marriage): for foreign nationals married to Thai citizens. 400,000 THB financial requirement, annual renewal.
Non-Immigrant O (Parent of Thai Child): for foreign parents of Thai national children.
