How we receive, store, use and dispose of the documents you entrust to us.
We only ask for documents that are genuinely required for your application, and we tell you why each one is needed. We never request more than the relevant authority requires.
Documents are stored securely with least-privilege access — only the team members working on your case can open them. Identity documents are treated as highly sensitive and are never placed in marketing material, logs or public-facing systems.
We keep documents only for as long as your case and our legal obligations require, then securely delete or return them. You can ask about retention or request return of your originals at any time.
