We use AI to speed up the routine parts of a case — document checks, eligibility scoring and form preparation. A qualified specialist reviews the work and remains accountable for every recommendation and submission. AI never makes the final call on your application.
AI output is checked against official government sources before it informs anything we tell you. Where automated checks flag a gap, a human advisor confirms it and explains the fix.
We do not use your personal documents to train public AI models. Your information is processed only to deliver your service, under the same privacy and security controls as the rest of your case.
