By engaging Visa Centre Thailand (operated by VCT International, a Thailand-registered company) you agree to the following terms. WHO WE ARE Visa Centre Thailand is operated by VCT International, an independent, private visa and migration assistance business registered in Thailand. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by the Royal Thai Government or any of its departments. OUR SERVICES We provide professional visa and migration services: assessing your eligibility, preparing and checking your application documents, lodging your application, and keeping you informed throughout. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not make immigration decisions — all visa and immigration decisions are made exclusively by the relevant Thai government authority. SCOPE AND FEES The scope of work and our fee are confirmed with you in writing before we begin. Payment terms are as stated in your service agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless your service agreement states otherwise. NATURE OF INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE All content on this website — service descriptions, articles, destination guides and FAQ answers — is general information, not legal, immigration or tax advice. Immigration requirements change frequently; we verify the current rules for your specific case before you act, and always recommend confirming requirements directly with the relevant consulate or government department where you are uncertain. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME Engaging us does not guarantee approval. Applications are assessed and decided solely by the relevant government authority, and can be refused for reasons outside our knowledge or control. Our fee covers the professional service we provide, not the outcome of the application. We will advise you honestly on the strength of your case before you proceed, and we do not issue refunds based on a visa refusal unless your service agreement states otherwise. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information and documents, to verify that any documents you provide are genuine, and to meet application deadlines and appointments. Providing false information to a government authority is a serious matter, and we are not liable for outcomes arising from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The content, design and materials on this website belong to VCT International or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial use. LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES This website links to Thai government portals and other third-party sites for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We carry out your engagement with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single engagement is limited to the service fee paid for that engagement, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
