The terms on which Thailand Visa Centre provides its managed visa and migration services.
Thailand Visa Centre provides a managed visa and migration service: we assess eligibility, prepare and check your documents, complete and lodge your application, and keep you informed through to the outcome. Each engagement is owned by a named case manager.
We provide professional migration advice from qualified, industry-recognised visa specialists. The final decision on any visa rests with the relevant government authority.
Before we begin, we agree the scope of work and a fixed, transparent fee with you in writing. Government and third-party charges (such as application fees, translations or courier costs) are itemised separately and are payable in addition to our service fee unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, and to supply requested documents promptly. We rely on the information you give us; inaccurate or withheld information can delay or affect an application.
Visa requirements, fees and timelines change. We verify the current rules for your specific case against official government sources before you act, and we date what we tell you so you know it is current.
We carry out your engagement with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single engagement is limited to the service fee paid for that engagement.
