How to raise a concern and how we will handle it.
If something has fallen short, tell your case manager or email us. Give us your name, your case reference if you have one, and a description of what happened — the more detail, the faster we can help.
We acknowledge complaints within two business days and aim to resolve them within ten business days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and keep you updated. A senior team member reviews every complaint.
