Tell us what worked, what didn't, and anything we could have made clearer or easier. If you worked with a particular case manager, let us know — good feedback reaches them, and so does anything we need to fix.
If you have a specific concern about a case, our complaints procedure sets out exactly how we will handle it and how quickly. You will always reach a real person.
