Our environmental impact and the steps we are taking to reduce it.
We run a digital-first service: most of a case is handled online, which removes a great deal of travel, printing and courier movement from the traditional visa process. Our largest impacts are cloud computing, office energy and the travel that some cases still require.
We are reducing our footprint by hosting on energy-efficient, renewables-backed infrastructure; defaulting to paperless documents and digital signatures; minimising business travel in favour of remote consultations; and reviewing our suppliers for their own environmental commitments.
We measure what we can, set yearly reduction targets, and report progress honestly — including where we still have work to do.
